Synopsis: When leading a team of highly trained professionals it is important to possess the right tools to bring the team together in order to accomplish the desired goal. Authentic Collaboration uses Lean Problem Solving tools as well as Liberating Structures to help identify and remove barriers in any team for the purpose of successful collaboration. These tools provide space for innovation and productivity, while allowing the team to identify their strengths, areas of deficiency, and ultimately own their solutions for progress. This workshop provides leaders with the tools needed to pull their teams together and maximize performance in any environment.
