Presentation: Executing Agile in a Regulated Environment
We will discuss how to execute different variations of Agile software development depending on your organizational context. There are major differences in how project managers should approach Agile in private industry versus Government organizations. We will discuss how to operate in the constraints of regulated environments, how the project manager differs from the Scrum Master, and review some practical tools leaders can use to deliver value through software development.
