The PMI Olympia Chapter’s 10th Annual Professional Development Event Instant Impact 2023 includes a variety of sponsorship opportunities for vendors to introduce themselves and showcase their services and products.

Instant Impact 2023 will be hosted on a Virtual Event Platform offering morning and afternoon keynotes, 2 morning sessions, 2 afternoon sessions, and a sponsor round table. The event promises to be a productive educational experience for the project. management community in the South Puget Sound region. Attendees will expand their PM knowledge, hone their management and leadership skills, learn from active practitioners, and be enlightened about various tools, techniques, and strategies that support personal and professional growth. The attendees are expected to include project management community members from public and private industry partners throughout the South Puget Sound region. Every year, our attendees and sponsors have provided feedback that Instant Impact has given them ideas and best practices to bring more value to their organization and to their career path. 

Three sponsorship levels are included to support Instant Impact 2023, with each including a variety of marketing and positioning opportunities as outlined below. Feature Sponsors are the top sponsors for Instant Impact 2023. They will have the opportunity to introduce Keynote Speaker Scott Welle to start the morning Keynote “Daily Expertise” or the afternoon Keynote “Peak Performance for Project Managers”. Additionally, Feature Sponsors will be invited to participate in the Sponsor Roundtable at noon and have priority to pick their desired timeslot. Specific package details are outlined below.

• Opportunity for representative to provide Sponsor overview (2 minutes - Sponsor to provide presentation materials) and introduce keynote speaker (1 minute).

Premier Sponsors for Instant Impact 2023 will have the opportunity to introduce one of four Instant Impact 2023 Session Speakers. Additionally, Premier Sponsors will be invited to participate in the Sponsor Roundtable at noon (timeslots to be assigned as available). Specific package details are outlined below.

Supporter Sponsors for Instant Impact 2023 will have the opportunity to provide prizes for the Awards and Giveaways for selected attendees. The selection process is random, but opportunities for attendees to improve their chances are being considered and sponsor suggestions will be appreciated.
