BIO: James works with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major infrastructure projects, and frequently uses linear scheduling as his most-valuable project management tool.  His favorite thing about the construction industry is the people in it and he's always working on new ways to help teams communicate more effectively. James pioneered the use of dynamic graphic schedules that redraw themselves automatically, with links to the contractors' Primavera P6 schedules.
