The Olympia PMI Chapter is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for its members.
Monthly Chapter Meetings
PMI Olympia monthly Chapter meetings are held between September and June. Meetings may be Virtual or Hybrid (with both Virtual and In-Person options). We draw from a global network of speakers to present on topics relevant to the practice of Project Management and Project Managers. In general, these Chapter meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM Pacific (see Events for specific meeting details).
Instant Impact Professional Development Conference
The Olympia chapter yearly sponsors Instant Impact, a full day conference for professional development. Open to the entire project management community, the conference gives professionals the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the most innovative and influential thought leaders in our field. Instant Impact strives to insure that each participant leaves the conference with tools and concepts ready for immediate application to their work. It is the only conference in the Olympia region that focuses on Project Management and Project Managers and provides professionals throughout the region a unique opportunity to network and share ideas.
PM-ProLearn PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP and LSSGB Certification Training
PM-ProLearn is a PMI Authorized Training Partner offering PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP and LSSGB certification courses. PMI Olympia has partnered with PM-ProLearn to offer PMI Olympia members in good standing a 20% discount. Note PM-ProLearn also offers a 30% discount for active-duty military and veterans regardless of PMI Chapter membership status.

To register for any PM-ProLearn training course using the PMI Olympia 20% discount:
- Browse PM-ProLearn course offerings and select the course you want to take
- Submit your request for a discount code https://www.pm-prolearn.com/request-funding-invoice and include "PMI Olympia member, request discount" in the ‘Additional Comments’ field.
- PM-ProLearn will work with PMI Olympia to verify you are a member in good standing and provide you with a discount code you can use with your final course registration.
