Bio - 25+ years of experience in Academia and the Construction industry. David’s areas of expertise include construction cost estimating, risk assessment and analysis, contract time determination, asset management, data driven decision making, data analytics, integrated project delivery. 

Topic – GIS cost estimating highway construction – Technical PDU

David is sharing a tool developed with CalTrans that visually displays highway costs by pointing to a map. David Jeong is a professor in the Department of Construction Science at Texas A&M University.
