Really Understanding Projects

Presentation Summary
To really understand projects we will run a mock project and discuss the process as it occurs. Although most of us work on projects we don’t always stop to think about how projects work. This is an audience participation project and will be guided. As we proceed with implementation we may delve into project processes as they come up.
