Michael Gregory is an inspirational, interactive, dynamic, and entertaining speaker. As a result of Mike’s presentations, clients often share that their people are more focused on the tasks at hand, have more control in navigating difficult decisions, and more peace in their professional and personal relationships. His firm Michael Gregory Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm dedicated to overcoming conflicts with the others and provides focus by applying The Collaboration Effect® by connecting relationships, listening actively, and educating judiciously to build bridges to negotiate closure.

Much of Mike’s work is designed on how to mediate, negotiate, and collaborate for improved performance. Mike has completed over 2,500 mediations and negotiations, given over 600 presentations internationally, and written 12 books including his signature books, "The Collaboration Effect", "Peaceful Resolutions", and "The Servant Manager".

PRESENTATION

Mike will define collaboration engaging the audience in a high energy interactive session on this topic. Mike will be using elements from three of his books in today’s presentation, The Collaboration Effect, Peaceful Resolutions, and The Servant Manager. Brain science will be applied to enlighten participants
on the steps necessary in order to explore and enhance opportunities to provide for better client outcomes. Mike will give participants one of the tools they need so that they can apply this technique immediately at work and in life and other helpful information.
