Monthly Chapter Meeting

Ways of Working

PMI Olympia Chapter invites you to our February 2025 Chapter Meeting, where you can join the conversation on Using Human-Centered Design to Enable Engagement & Inclusion on Teams, presented by Erik K. Rueter, PMP, PMI-ACP, CPQC.

This isn't your typical webinar. It's an interactive journey combining storytelling, hard stats, and practical activities.

We're talking about:

* Learning to distinguish between engagement and inclusion - they're not the same!
* Understanding the critical benefits of engagement in project teams.
* Getting the business case for human-centered design straight from the experts.
* Discovering how human-centered design can blast through barriers to engagement.
