Noemi LaChapelle, PMP, LSSMBB, helps teams and leaders see problems differently. As the founder of The Bright Side Group and lead instructor for Lean Six Sigma certification classes, she blends process improvement, change management, and practical creativity to make improvement work simple and human. With over 13 years of experience leading projects across government and healthcare, Noemi brings a relatable and hands-on approach to project design and innovation, helping people cut the clutter, think ahead, and create solutions that truly work for the people they serve.
