January Chapter Meeting (Virtual)

Ways of Working

Description:

Project managers often struggle to determine the best practices for teams that work both at home and on-site.  PMs also struggle with creating a project management lifecycle that delivers value frequently (e.g. Agile) vs. a lifecycle that is needed to ensure governance of budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory standards (traditional or waterfall methods).

In this one-hour interactive discussion, we will cover both of these areas and discuss some of the best practices Greg has learned from working with over 25 hybrid teams.
