March Chapter Meeting (Virtual)

Power Skills
Business Acumen

Brief Abstract of the Topic:

Many projects are delivered successfully in terms of scope, schedule, and budget, yet still fail to produce the intended organizational results. The Kellogg Logic Model offers a simple framework that connects project resources, activities, and deliverables to measurable outcomes and long-term impact. This session provides a brief overview of the model - inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact - and demonstrates how project managers can use it to better align project work with strategic goals and benefits realization. Participants will also engage in a short hands-on exercise applying the model to a practical project scenario, helping illustrate how the framework can be used to ensure that projects deliver not only outputs, but meaningful organizational value.
