How to Achieve Strategic Links Between Programs and Projects (1 PDU, Strategic/Leadership) Dave Pratt will discuss SPSCC’s program management, project management and business analysis certificate programs and discuss how to achieve the strategic links between programs and projects. He guarantees an eye-opening and lively discussion on this topic. Dave Pratt is the principle resource for DHP. Dave Pratt is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience as a project manager, senior level executive, quality assurance analyst, trainer and team leader, management consultant, group facilitator, business analyst and educator. He is experienced with information technology and general project management, Agile solutions delivery, feasibility studies, organizational assessment, electronic government, hospital administration, logistics management, group facilitation, marketing, and adult education curriculum development and training. Mr. Pratt has specialized skills in project recovery for failing and troubled projects. Specific project management skills include project initiation, planning and execution, risk management, change management, issue management, implementation planning, test management, acquisition and procurement planning, communications planning, earned value analysis, healthcare facility management, inventory management, equipment and supply acquisition, personnel management and training, and large, leading multi-cultural work teams.
