The direction of change is leadership over management, using systems to manage and people to lead. Who we are as leaders relative to the projects we are engaged to manage matters. The consciousness we bring impacts delivery and the entire human system delivering and dependent upon the outcome of the project. But, what does this all mean to us as project managers? Jean Richardson, author of "The Preservation of the Agile Heart: From Mindset to Consciousness", award-winning project manager, and independent agile coach provides insight into the road ahead for project managers.
