In this presentation, we’ll review the technology and techniques used by spammers and scammers to get end users to answer their phones; regulatory requirements; different methods for protecting end users from the scourge of robocalls; and how an agile methodology helps to keep spam robocalls from overcoming our lives. We will describe the challenges of working in a fast-changing environment and balancing regulatory, corporate, and individual end-user requirements.
